What was the highlight of Hotel Cappuccino
It's an 80/20 for me...
The staff was more than helpful! They speak good English and they accepted my really bad Korean. They understand I'm still learning. They are really efficient and they solve issues very fast. They communicated very well, with what I felt was a genuine interest to help. Also I feel they are loyal and keen on maintaining Cappuccino Hotel's image. Impressive! Loved the variety of the TV channels. That was important to me. The initiatives they do to save the planet and to donate clothes are something I've never seen in a hotel before, but I liked it. I had pizza at the bar on the 17th floor. Now that was delicious! I liked the room. Although non-smoking, I loved how comfortable it was. Overall, I believe I would stay there again when I come back!
Ah, this is where it gets tricky... The location is great, but most taxis, and the Korean people I met had no clue that this hotel existed. You need more and different marketing strategies. They told me at my university where I studied to think outside the box, when it comes to marketing. And I told them that there is NO box, if you understand what I mean. Also, you need to change most of the promotional papers and signs written in English. Little mistakes can be fatal sometimes. I didn't like that the room was always cold. Even when I turn off the aircon. Do you have penguins living there? Just kidding! Sorry, I have a bad sense of humour. I wasn't impressed with the robes. They look a bit over worn and the fabric was not that good. For me, at least. The hotel bar closes really early. Sometimes I just wanted to stay at the hotel and get a few drinks. As a solo traveller, I wanted to feel safe when I drink. And the beer was very expensive. So, maybe you can close the bar early but hotel residents can gather at the bar, get to know each other and bring their own drinks and snacks. Just an idea that might make more people prefer your hotel over others. You can play with this idea anyway you like, including adding music or karaoke.

Great location, close to transport and airport bus. Trendy room, rooftop bar and english speaking
The room was very trendy and modern. Great shower and Bidet. Comfy huge bed. View was nice from rooftop bar. Coffee and Food on the ground level. There was a gym and laundry facitlities. Close to Eonju Station. Coffee shops, convenience stores and Airport Limousine bus across the road. They let us store our luggage as we arrived before check in, and after checkout we had the afternoon before our flight.
It rained so we couldn't enjoy the balcony on the roof top bar. We arrived at 2pm and the casual dining closed.

Good solution for Coex Exhibition Centre
Very Good position, close to Subway entrance and bus to Airport. Affordable price considering central area of Seoul. Close to Coex exhibition centre. Nice breakfast.
Late check in is too expensive. Room are very small.
